We all rely on agriculture, from the food we eat to the jobs in our communities.
Yet, every day hundreds of acres of farmland are lost to development and other non-agricultural uses.
Once farmland is paved over it is lost forever. Agricultural soils can never be reclaimed. And natural habitat areas on farms, like forests and wetlands, are also lost forever.
Together, we work with farmers and farmland owners to protect agricultural lands for the future.
