Information for Advisors

Farm advisors have an important role in supporting farmland owners to achieve their goal of permanently protecting their farmland  for agricultural uses in the long-term.

Each farm and each farmland owner has their own unique situation that may make donating a farmland easement financially beneficial.

The following resources were created for farm advisors to support them in helping their clients make informed choices about farmland protection as part of their farm business, succession, and estate planning.
